It is hindering our normal life leading. It brings unwanted troubles in our life. Most of the people of our country are unconscious. That's why this problem is increasing day by day. It is very dangerous and harmful to our life. It is also a shameful and disgraceful matter for our nation. We can not lead a normal life because of this problem. Low enforcing agencies and concerned authorities have to be more active to control it. Public awareness should be increased. Our Government has taken some steps to solve this problem. They hope that they will be able to solve this problem in near future.
