People go to sleep late and rise late. As a result, we are facing many harmful effects from this harmful practice. Early rising is good for health. If a man rises early in the morning, he gets enough time to do his works. He can keep fit himself as well as work for a long time. Thus it helps him to earn extra wages. If a man works early in the morning, he can enjoy the morning air. Morning air is helpful for our body. We wake up early in the morning, we can get more stamina for our day's work. Thus, we can be helped in both our bodies and earnings. Early risers are always healthy. They can enjoy life to the fullest. There is a well-known proverb, "Early to bed, early to rise makes a healthy and wealthy". So, early rising helps a man to earn health and wealth. All the great men on the earth follow this rule. We have to follow this rule. If we follow this rule, we can be helped mentally and bodily.

My First Day at School Short Paragraph; My first day at school is one of the most memorable events in my life. It was 5 January, 2013. With many unknown fears, I accomplished my father to school. As he left me I realised that I was in an unfamiliar world. As far as my recalling I cried. When the assembly begun, the principal delivered a short speech welcoming us. After the assembly, we were back in the classroom. Our class teacher behaved us with friendly. She played with us in the classroom. The English teacher came and told us a number of funny stories. To me her class was the most entertaining. At last, final bell went. Then I accomplished with my father. The sweet memories of the day will remain alive in my heart.

Flood or, Flood in Bangladesh(বাংলাদেশের বন্যা)

 Flood is a kind of natural calamity. It is almost and annual event un Bangladesh. Flood is mainly caused by heavy rainfalls. When there is a heavy shower of rain in the upper regions of a river,  it received an excessive amount of water. The rivers exuls flow water because of their filly up of bottoms layer. When this water over flows the banks, if causes flooding, Cyclones, tidal bores and melting of snows on the mountains ma also flood damages crops and properties. It also washes away animals, house. The after effects of flooding are also dangerous. When the flood water goes down, the affected area becomes filthy and muddy. This encourages the quick spread of germs want of pure drinking water cuses diseases like dysentery and typhoid. Damage of standing crops causes famine. The government and the NGOS and also the solvent people should stand beside the victims to lessen their sufferings.

Price hike is a common phenomenon in this present age. It is one of the greatest problem of our country now-a-days. Price hike means to increase price of everything. Usually we call it price hike when the price of necessary commodities are going up and poor people cannot buy their everyday needs. Price hike is a hard-nerd problem for the people living in the cities. Living cost of city life is increasing very fast. There are so many reasons behind it. The greed of human are mostly liable of it. People want to be rich over-night. They have become corrupted. Every sectors of Bangladesh become corrupted. The traders want to earn extra profit by selling their products. So, the price of everything is going up. Another reason of price hike there is no balance of earning and expense of people of Bangladesh. There are so many harmful effect of price hike in our country. Because of price hike the poor people are becoming very poor and the rich are becoming very rich. The worst impact of price hike is falling upon the poor most. The city life is becoming burden day by day. People are living city life. There are so many consequences of price too. Because of price hike crimes are increasing day by day.We should stop price hike as early as possible. We should create awareness against this bad practice.

Dowry system means to take bribe by bridegroom from bride's family when they get married. It is a common practice in most of the area in Bangladesh. Bangladesh is witnessed most of the evils of it. It is one of worst problems in this country. The bridegroom's family want to take dowry to secure future of the bridegroom. But now-a-days it become a common practice to take dowry. It turns into a dignity to take as much as dowry from the family of bride. Parents of bridegroom think that if they do not take dowry, it will be a humiliation for them from the society. Dowry system is a evil system in our society. It kills the peace of our society. It is very difficult to pay dowry for the  poor parents. Sometimes parents sell their all necessary things to pay the dowry. Dowry is called a curse in our society. It demolish bride's life. Every year many girls are killed for not paying dowry to their bridegroom as they are failed to meet the demand. It demolish the family bonding of our country. Actually the poor condition of Bangladesh is largely liable to this situation. People of Bangladesh believe that if they marry of their girl with high dowry, their girls will be happy in the family of bridegroom. There are so many reasons behind dowry system. Dowry system is called the cancer of our society. We should come forward to make awareness to stop this evil practice. Thus, we will be able to make a beautiful country. Our girls will be at a safe place.

Our Class Room

A class room is the place where classes are held for teachering students. My class room is the ground floor of our school.It is very spacious and well ventilated.It can accommodate sixty students. It has two doors and four wide windows.As a resutl the room gets sufficient air and light.The room is well electrified with four fans and three tube lights. We use the fans when it is necessary. There are twenty smooth high benches and twenty comfortable low benches for the seating arrangement of the Students.  There is a raised platform with a fine chair and table for the teacher.  A big black borad is fixed to the wall.  The walls and the ceiling are nicely white washed.  There is on wall writting.  We keep the class room neat and clean.  We feel comfortable in the class room.

Our College Canteen

A College canteen is a restaurant set up in the College campus to supply food and drink to its students and students  and teachers .  Our College begins at 8 am and ends at 4pm. Most of the students have practical classes of different subjects.  We have to stay longger.  So it is not possible to pass this long period without taking any snack or tiffin.  Moreover sometimes teachers and students come to College without taking breackfast.  Here lies the necessary of our College canteen.  It is housed in the ground floor of thr fine.  There ard many chairs and tables to sit and enjoy food.  Hot tea, coffe,  leaves of bread,  banana, biscuits, sweets and various kinds of hand made snackes site behind the cash box and received money.  During the off period we go there and take tea or coffee and other light tiffin.  Thus we remove our triedness and gain energy.  It is a place of rest,  friendship discussion and recreation. For all these reasons our College canteen is very favourite to us.

Our college is a renowned one in the country. It is exetended over one hundred acres of land.  It has a nice campus.  It stands on the rivers Bhairab. The College consists of many building. There are separate buildings for arts, science and commerce faculties. The arts and commerce building are on the south side of the college. The science building is near the administrative building. The Shaheed Minar is in front of the administrative building. There are seven hostels in the college campus. All the hostels are situated on the eastern side of the campus. There are four ponds. There are different kinds of trees on the banks  of the ponds. Trees stand on the way leading to different faculties. There are green trees all ground the Sheheed minar. There are many quarters for the teachers and office stuff on the eastern side of the campus. There are a big mosque and a big temple on the campus. The mosque is on the  western side of the campus.  In front of the mosque there is a big pond.  It is near  the arts building. There are a  big gymansium, a  big Auditorium,  a canteen, a building for B.N.C.C and   Rover scouts and a bank on the campus. In fine my college campus offers a very nice attractive view.

Our College Library

A College library is a library the students and the teachers of a college can read and borrow books.  Our College has a big library . It is housed in a separate two atoryed building the library has a good collection. There are many almirahs. Both test and reference books on all subjects are available in the library. The books are arranged in different shelves according to subjects. In spite of  a rich collection books on current issures amd topics are needed to keep pace with time. A library is a store house of knowledge . A library satisfies our eternal desire for knowledge of the unknown and the unseen. A library plays an important role in the realm of knowledge. The students and the teachers of the College can read there and make notes. A library is a part and parcel of a college.

A Village Fair Or, Paragraph & Composition.

A village fair is an annual affair in rural Bangladesh. It is generally held on the on the occasion of some religious festivals or some local important events. It is an occasion for show. Sale of various goods and entertainments. Some fairs last for a day or show, sale of together. Mena, women and children eagerly wait for the day. 

A villege fair generally sits on the bank of a river. Or a big canal or tank. Some fair also sits in an open field under o big ancient tree. Or in the market place, or in the yard of a temple or by the side of a big road.  

Preparation begins before the fai..  First the ground is cleared and the whole area is fenced. Then rows of sheds made of bamboo and thatched roofs are built. In between the rows there is wide space for the people to move about. The stalls are arranged accordingly to the articles sold. 

A villege fair servies as a sort of exhibition of village products.Things of many kinds and tastes are brought here for show and sale.  Potters,  Blackmiths and weavers sell their hand made of goods and sell them at a high price. Carpenters sell horses, elephants, boats, carriages made of wood and many other beautiful things painted in an attractive way. Blacksmithes come with their thinks and sell them in the fair. Weavers come withe their best fine cloths and sareec. Generally children gather around the stalls that sell sweets, toys and balloons and women are attracted mainly by those stalls that sell  artificial jewlellery, earthenwares, brassware, iron ware sharees etc.

A villege fair is an occasion of great joy and excitement among the villagers. Circus, magic shows, marry go rounds cockfights, jarigan, jatra etc. are arranged in the fair. Circus parties often bring their trained small tigers, elephants, monkey, horses, and bears to show funny feats. However the largest crowd gathers come here and entice innocent people to take part in gambling. Cheats, pick-pockets, criminals and village mastans come to the fair and commit various kinds of evil deeds.  Sometime children are lost and this causes great anxiety for the perents.  A villege fair also creates insanitary conditions.  Sweet stalls are open.  There is on shed over them.  Flies sit on the sweet and dust falls on them. People buy these sweets and eat them. As a result there is every chance of the out break of cholera and dysentery. 

A villege fair very useful and important. It removes the monotonyof life and brings joys to the villagers. It hepls a man to forget his sorrows and sufferings for the time being.  People meet their kith and kin and mix with a variety of people. It enableds the village people to show and sell their hand made things. It is of greats importance to all.

The government of Bangladesh has announced the comemoration of 2020-2021 as the Mujib Year (Mujib Barsha) on the occasion of the centennial brith anniversary of the founding leader of the country, Seikh Mujibar Rahman. This year will be celebrated from March 17,2020 to March 26,2021, The father of the nation and the famed leader Bangabandhu was born on March 17, 1920, AD in East Bengla (now on Tungipara village of Gopalganj district of Bangladesh). Again, on March 26,2021, Bangladesh will mark the centcnary of its independnce. The annoucement of the year is partcularty important as Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was actively involced in Bangladesh's struggle for independence. The UN General Assembly, UNESCO, has decided to jointly celebrate the Mujib Year with Bangladesh at the UNESCO 40th General assembly. The decision was made in the presence of all UNESCO members on November 12-27 in Paris, held on November 25,2019. In addition to promoting the role of  Bangladesh at the grasroots level in Bangladesh's indepedence struggle. The return anniversary of Bangladesh , the founding anniversary of the awami League, National Mourning Day and jail Killing Day will be celebrated every year as well. There are also plans to produce short films and documentaries to celebrate the brith anniversary and Mujib anniversary. In 2020, Province of Alberta and Edmonton issued a minidterial letter stating Alberta Province of Canada welcomees 'Mujib Barsha' in Fabruary 18, 2020, by Leela Sharon Aheer, Miniter of Culture, Multiculturalism and Status of  Women. Naming the years of  2020 and 2021 as Mujib Bashar or Mujib year, Prine Minister Hasina had pledged to celebrate the 100th brith annversary with people from all cehelons if society through year long programs. "The Father of the Nation repaid his debt with his life. We must now repay him" the prime minister had said during the first annoucement of this celebration in 2018, " I have not seen the Hinalayas" But I have seen Sheikh Mujib. In personality and in courage, this man in the Hamalyas" -Fidel Castro, Former Prime Minister of the Republic of Cuba.

My childhood

Like all other people I enjoyed my childhood days. I cannot forget the sweet memories of those days. I still remember my first day at school. I used to play in the field near the small river. I used to jump into the river. then swim and dive with other children. In a moon-Iit night we would play hide and seek. In  winter, mother would make cakes. I would cat and steal some pieces into my pockets. Dyring the Eid festivals U would get salam from the elders. During the rainy days, I would play and run with other children in the field. When we returned home, parents would scold us for getting soaked. In childhool we were always free and jolly. I wish I were a child again.

The SARS- CoV-2 virus is a bacronovirus like SARS- CoV and MERS- CoV-2. All three viruses have their oringins in bats. This Vrus causes high fever in affected people that has many symptoms like headache, pain, flues, high trempreture etc. It eventually lets the affeced people die. But most of the people get recovered from it shortly. Mortality rate of the this virus affected is more than 1 percent only. This Virus is detectded recently in the Wuhan Province of China. More than 82 thousnads people were affecd there and more than 4 thousands people were died. The China governtment locked down the city for a long term of 76 days. In this time this Virus spreaded all over the world. Almost 1 core people affaected by last week of June, 2020 and more than 4 lacs people were died. USA is the most victim of this Virus. More Than 1 lac people died and more than 27 lacs poeple were affaced. Italy, Spain, Germoney, Brazil, India, and Uk are mostly damaged by this virus. Bangladesh is also a worse victim of this virus. More than 1 lac people were affeted and more than 1200 people were died by last week of June, 2020. There is no remedy of corona virus yet as well as there is no vaccine. Before the invention of automobil,  people moved from one place to another slowly but safely. The real cause of road accidents lie with the people and not with the mechanized means of transpor. In some cities, the roads are too narrow and inadequat,   The traffic can hartly cope with the ever- increasing volume of traffi. Besides, the traffic is not control and regulated properl.  The pedestrians and the people who drive the automobile very often violate traffic rules. As a moving rickshaws and carts tussle with cars, buses and truck.

To make the roads safe, steps should be taken to control the  increasing volume of traffi.  New roads should be constructed, and traffic signals should be set up at the key points. Through radio, televisio,  news paper and posters, people should be made aware of the traffic rules. Heavy penalty should be imposed on those who violate the rules. If the city administrations work well, the number of road accidents is sure to come down.

Road accidents have become a great manace in our society. They have increased in number considerably in recent years.  Many families have been ruined. Because of road accident.  Immediate steps should be taken to stop this danger.  Government agencies should work together with the public for a solution to this problem.

Village life is quite natural and the people in our villagees live a very simple lif.  Their life is very  easy-going. They wake up from sleep in the morning hearing the melodius songs of birds. In thr village, people live in pollution free environment.  They eat fresh  food, winter cakes and vegetable. They move freely in the fields, take a bath and swaim in the river or in the pond. Children in the villages play freely in the open air and enjoy themeslves on different occasions and festivals. The village people can enjoy the change of our seasons and different beauties of different season.  The can enjoy a moonlit- night and the scenes of sun-rise and sun-set. They also enjoy village fair, zaree, sharee, baul songs, bhawaia songs etc. They do not feel life to be so hard and complicated as the city people fell. Most of the village are under developed and people cannot enjoy moderm facilitie,  yet they live simply in peace and happiness with satisfaction.

Traffic jam means blockede of vehicles on roads Streets .  Traffic jam is a problem of the urban areas. There are a number of reasons for traffic jam. Many unlicensed and unauthorised rickshaws ply on the roads and streets . Even many car drivers, bus drivers and truck drivers do not obey traffic rules. Sometimes they are seen parking their vehicles at any place of a road in an indisciplined manner. Which causes traffic jam. Again, some roads, lanes and by-lanes are very marro.  The roads and streets are often dug for development work. This is also a reason for traffic jam. Illegal parking, unauthorised shops and markets on the roadiside spaces also cause traffic jam. Traffic jam are regularly seen at the intersections of streets and Railway level crossing.  In our daily activists we can not bacome fast and punctual because traffic jams kill our time.  The patient going to hospital suffer on roads warting for an unlimited period of time. School boys and girls cannot reach their schools in time. The office going people become late to reach their office. Shops are and markets should  be removed from the roadside.  In some places of the cities, the government should build fly- over, I hope this problem will ne solved' in the near future as our government is taking all possible steps in this regard.

Education is the backbone of a nation. It is a formal process of institution learning Education is very much essential for the development of mind, body and soul. It makes one fit to meet challenges. Obviousl.  education removes the darkness of ignoranc. An ile abliterate person is unable in gain bookish knowledge form different sources that an education person can do. An ignorant person is always a burder to a societ.  He cannot make the right choice to go ahead. He does not acquire the abilities to earn enough for his living. He always takes help of others to do any kind of tasks.

On the other hand the door of knowledge is open to an education person. Actually education promotees our personalit. It teacher us patience and Universal brotherhood. It also provides us with the knowledge of healt,  sanitation and population control. It enhances our ability to raise crops, increase Industrial productio,  store food, protect the environmental and curry out social responsibilites.  We became conscious of our duties and responsibilities. It brings National prosperity. It makes the people responsible citizen.  But we have to be more conscious of getting proper education. Agriculture will lag behin.  Thus it is only education through which a nation can reach the highest point of prosperit.

Bangladesh is one of the South Asian Nations in the world map. It is surrounded by India by three sides and one side by Myanma.  It became independent in 1971 through a bloody war of nine months Dhaka is the capital of it. It is a land area is 1,47,570 square kilometers and its population is about 150 millio.  It is a land   of rivers. The big rivers are the Padma, the Megha, The Jamun, The kornofulli etc. Its soil is very fertile. Different kinds of crops like rice. Jute, wheat, potatoe,  tea and many kinds of fuits like mango, Jackfrui,. Pine - apple and other juicy fruits are grown here, Different communities live here in peace and happines.  The natural scenery of our country is very charming and it assumes in different colors in different seasons. Bangladesh is a darling chaild of natur.  Nature has decorated our country with her beauty and glamour. We have lots of tourist sport and attractive places like cox's Bazar, the sundarbans, Paharpur, Foyes- lake, Kuakata etc. We have glorious past and cultural heritage. As no other country in the would is as beautiful as our loving countr,  I love my country very much and feel proud of it.

We live in an age of science. We can see the wonder of science around us. Science has made our life easy and comfortabl.  We can not think of our modern life without science. The first wonder of modern science is the discovery of electronicity.  It has changed our life. Society and cultur. It is a great source of power and Energ.  The radio, televisio,  Lights,  fans, electric mills, factories and refrigerators -all work through the power of electricit.

Science has linked up the distant parts of the worl. Telephon,  telex, fax, wireless, telegram are great wonders. They have brought the world closer to us. We can send news form one corner of the world to other within a momen.  They have conquered space, distance and time. Radio and television are also great  media for communicatio.

Science has discovered many wonder for our receartion.  We have cinema, television, radio, tape, recorder, gramophone and V.C.R etc for our recreatio.

Science has lessened human sufferings.  It has given eyes to the blind, hearing to the deaf, legs to the leme. It has found out the new waye of health and life. It has increased the joys of life. Penicilli.  X-Ray, biopsy and ultra- sonography, E.C.G. are some of the wonders of modern science in the field of medical science.  Hospita,  private Clinic and doctors can not go even a single day without these.

Science  has removed the distance of place. It has saved time. We can travel hundreds of miles within a short time by car, acroplane, buse, train, launch and steamer, The inventions of nuclear energ,  computer and calculations are great wonders of modern scienc.

The rocket is another Wonder of scienc.  It has made space travel easy. Man has landed on the moon successfull.

Science is the greatest of conqueror both past and present. If knows no defeat. It has established itself frinly in our hearts.
